Collage, graphite and acrylic paint on 300 gsm acid free cartridge paper, sealed with matt spray varnish, attached to a white cradled wooden panel. Ready to hang.
This painting developed in layers, as does frost. The last layer of paint I applied made me think of frost. Then I remembered how it sits on top of what it forms on and you can scrape it off to reveal what is underneath. Thus, I decided to sand back that last layer and reveal parts of what lay below. The name really lends itself to this painting. The marks and colours are very reminiscent of frosty mornings.

Although “Feeling Frosty” is ready to hang, you can choose to have Bluethumb’s professional framers frame it for you.
